I think it's an area that needs to be worked consistantly forever....kind of like our quads. It's really an important muscle for all that we do. Good luck and I have no doubt you will improve no matter what your age. :)Rondahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10832545114209221483noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6426765907755945845.post-65238570652544860442009-05-18T16:03:00.000-07:002009-05-18T16:03:00.000-07:00You guys are amazing and inspirational! I'm still struggling with glut medius problems (found your post on it from years ago - helpful), though the problems are much better, and just generally at the beginning of the journey still. Will be interesting to see how well an old girl like me can do starting at this late stage.

When will you know if you get into Hardrock? Sounds like you will be more than ready.

CynthiaDrs. You got sweet times! Your uphill running ability is what blows MY mind away:) Gail and I pondered how fast we USED to be, while you are getting better by day, ripening like a good wine! That's what solid focused training does, and as usual, you are a great example of pushing it and reaching it!Olgahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00493291972954387932noreply@blogger.com
